Restaurant Server

The Role

We are looking for an experienced server who can work unsupervised and as part of a team in a fast-paced restaurant. The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service and dining experience for customers at our restaurant.

Job Details:

• Greet customers warmly and take their food orders accurately
• Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests
• Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system efficiently
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and prompt delivery of orders
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area
• Assist in food preparation and garnishing when needed

Requirements

The ideal candidate will:

• Have experience serving in a licenced restaurant.
• Be Smart Serve Certified (or able to get certified prior to starting)
• Have part-time and weekend availability.
• Be reliable and punctual.
• Be able to follow instructions from owner/manger.
• Have the ability to work unsupervised and as part of the team in a busy establishment.
• Have excellent customer service skills
