Paving Labourer

Sudbury Paving is an asphalt paving contractor operating in the Greater Sudbury area. We have a great reputation in the industry. We are currently looking for responsible, hard working and dependable individuals to join our team. Currently, we are seeking to fill positions for general asphalt labourer.

The ideal candidate:

• Experience in asphalt paving is an asset, however,
• We will train career-minded individuals who would like to learn the industry.
•  A driver’s license is not required for the labourer position. 
• Hourly wages are based on experience and abilities
• Potential for year-round work.

Duties of the job include but are not limited to the following :

• shoveling,
• tamping(hand or plate tamper),
• rough raking and sweeping,
• loading/unloading tools,
• general cleaning of tools and job sites,
• other duties as assigned by the crew lead.
• opportunities available to learn other equipment.

Salary Rate: Depending on experience.
